Youth Mental Health Crisis
Teen suicide is a growing crisis fueled by anxiety, social isolation, bullying, peer pressure, and the overwhelming influence of social media—leaving many young people feeling hopeless and alone. At The Urban Development Inc., we believe that change starts with compassion and community.

Single Parent Relief & Support
While we don't advocate for single-parent homes, we understand that it is a growing trend in today’s society—and one that demands compassion, support, and action. Single parents are becoming the strength and backbone of their families— we honor that strength by offering real, hands-on support.
The Urban Development hosts seasonal toy drives, food distributions, and clothing giveaways to meet immediate needs and bring joy to families during difficult times. At The Urban Development we also invest in local businesses and community organizations that directly support single-parent households.
By funding and partnering with those already doing powerful work in the community, we an help expand their reach and amplify their impact When we support single parents, we strengthen a future generation of children—and that’s a cause worth fighting for.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Harris Helpers, a trusted team of journeymen builders, and contractors to develop affordable, senior-exclusive housing communities designed with both comfort and care in mind.
These residences will do more than meet basic needs—they will offer thoughtful amenities that enrich the golden years, promote independence, and foster a sense of community. From easy-access layouts to peaceful green spaces, we are building not just homes, but havens—where seniors can enjoy their retirement in safety, serenity, and dignity.
